L.E.A.P. Educational Project
At L.E.A.P. (Listen • Educate • Achieve • Prosper), we believe education is the foundation for breaking cycles of poverty and vulnerability. Our mission is to equip children and youth with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to thrive in school and beyond.
What We Are Doing Today:
L.E.A.P. is currently supporting over 100 children and youth by providing access to education and vocational training through established local schools and trusted training programs.
We fund school fees, sponsor vocational training, and provide mentorship and ongoing support to students and their families. By working with existing institutions, we are able to respond immediately to urgent needs and ensure that children receive consistent, quality education without delay.
Our Approach:
Our approach combines academic learning, vocational training, literacy support, and mentorship. While these programs are currently delivered through partnerships with local schools and training centers, they reflect the full scope of what L.E.A.P. is building toward.
We focus on creating opportunities that not only educate but also empower—helping every child discover their strengths and build a path toward independence and stability.
Our Vision:
L.E.A.P. is working toward the development of a fully integrated campus that will bring all of our programs together in one place.
This campus will provide academic education, vocational training, mentorship, and holistic support within a safe and structured environment designed to help children and youth reach their full potential.
Why This Model Matters:
We believe in taking action now while building for the future.
By partnering with existing schools and programs, we are able to support children immediately, strengthen local institutions, and build a sustainable foundation for long-term impact through the future L.E.A.P. campus.
